The aforementioned Captain Congo and the Crocodile King was successfully launched last week and is now available at fine bookshops throughout Australia, (and probably even a few crappy ones).
While there is no overseas edition currently scheduled, it is available to anyone, anywhere through online retailers such as chaos.com , booktopia.com.au, and seekbooks.com.au
Do a bit of Googling; I even a second-hand copy on Amazon UK. Already. Go figure.
